Participants must be an existing AirAsia member with a unique registration number known as the “AirAsia Member ID” issued by BIGLIFE Sdn. Bhd.
Participant must be a valid BonusLink Card holder issued by BonusKad Loyalty Sdn Bhd.
AirAsia Points are valid for twenty-four (24) months upon completion of conversion.
Expired AirAsia Points will be void and cannot be replaced / refunded/ exchanged.
Any points exchange request cannot be cancelled, exchanged, sold for cash, refunded and/or replaced.
AirAsia Points will be credited to the AirAsia Member’s account within the next working day upon completion of conversion transaction.
