| Participation in a loyalty programme essentially means investing in your customer and lifetime value. BonusLink offers a time-tested-proven programme which is attractive to consumer and yet cost-effective to the retailer. Also, it will cost you less to make the first move before your competitor, so you're not forced into having to play "catch up". |

| The financial requirements to join as a Partner are as follows: |
|
- Sign a 3-year contract
- Pay a one-time joining fee
- Pay a marketing fee for every Point issued
- Commit to a minimum Points volume purchase per annum
