Position Title: Marketing Administration, Executive
Responsibilities:

Oversee and execute email, website, app, and SMS campaigns through Netcore and Back Office system to ensure seamless operation;

Work closely with printing vendors to produce marketing collaterals such as tent cards, buntings and posters;

Conduct price comparisons and liase with vendors based on proposed negotiated terms by management;

Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across multiple channels;
-
Generate comprehensive reports on the performance of marketing campaigns and offer valuable insights for optimization purposes;
-
Handle administrative tasks such as raising purchase order, following up with invoices, and getting approval from higher management.
Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field is an added advantage;

1-2 years experience in backend marketing operations;

Has an interest in marketing operations;
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
-
Highly organized and detail-oriented;
-
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively;
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing automation tools would be an added advantage;

Familiarity with Netcore system and Back Office system is a plus;

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
-
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
