Backed by internationally qualified experienced fitness trainers, this military inspired outdoor group program utilises disciplines based on motivational techniques and has been designed to achieve results! This program is great for everyone especially those aiming to lose weight, improve health and athletic performance.
  • 24 sessions (3 times a week, 8 consecutive weeks in 2 months).

  • For participants aged 18 years and above only.
  • Participants are required to complete a pre-exercise questionnaire in order to assess their fitness levels, while those with medical conditions are advised to consult their doctor before participating.
  • Participants with past medical history require written clearance from doctor.
  • Participants are required to wear a grey round collared t-shirt, bring own drinking water and towel.
  • Registration for preferred classes are on a first come, first serve basis with max. 64 participants.
  • Boot Camp Management reserves the right to change the schedule, combine groups or relocate venues to have min. 16 and max. 64 participants per group.
  • Participants must attend the first session of their choice and not allowed to join in the middle of a course.
  • Kindly fill-up this form to register for a class and email a copy of your BonusLink voucher to account@bootcampmalaysia.com.
  • Bookings must be made 3 days in advance and subject to availability.
  • Original BonusLink voucher must be presented during registration.
  • No cancellation or change of date is allowed once registration/booking has been made.
