- Only Primary Members aged 18 and above are allowed to bid.
- Use of the Site is entirely at the user's own risk.
- BonusLink expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for any damage, loss or injury arising out of:
- The goods or services offered; or
- The content displayed; or
- For the loss or injury resulting from a Member's access or inability to access any e-Auction
- System Downtime
BonusLink does not warrant that the operations of this auction service will be uninterrupted or error free.
- e-Auction period
The auction for any particular good/service shall remain active as long as the closing date has not been reached or until maximum bidding Points for the good/service is not reached, whichever is earlier.
- Successful bidders
- Once a Member has made a bid, it cannot be cancelled.
- The highest bid at any time will have the relevant Points locked. Once locked, these Points will only be unlocked when another higher bid is registered. The Member shall be informed via e-mail notification (if an e-mail address is recorded).
- If a Member has the highest bid after the e-Auction has closed, the Member will receive an e-mail notification (if an e-mail address is recorded). Should the Member have sufficient Points in the Member's Points record (account) to satisfy the bid, the relevant Points bidded will be deducted from the Member's Points record (account) and the good/service will be processed and delivered to Member. The Member will be provided with a delivery tracking reference number, provided an e-mail address is in BLSB's record.
- However in the event that a Member has insufficient Points in the Member's Point record (account) to meet the winning bid, the Member's bid will be cancelled by BLSB. The Member will be informed via e-mail notification provided an e-mail address is recorded.
- BLSB will endeavor to deliver the goods/services within 2 to 4 weeks from the date the relevant Points are deducted from the Member's account.
- The auction of any goods/services through the Site will be governed by the BonusLink Membership Terms and Conditions wherever applicable.
- Members who bid shall comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding the Member's use of BLSB's servers or the Member's bidding on the auction of goods/services.
