1. Business Analyst, Executive
Position Title : Data Services, Business Analyst
 

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze BonusLink business performance to extract actionable insights;
  • Creating insightful presentation that facilitate decision making for business;
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to support business cases providing data supported insights;
  • Track critical performance KPIs;
  • Identify gaps and recommend/highlights any findings that improve business performance;
  • Deep dive analysis across product and merchants by working closely with key stakeholders;
  • Support Operation ad-hoc data extraction requests.
 
Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in business analytics.
  • Good command of SQL is a must.
  • Experience in creating detailed analysis and presentation in MS PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of cloud data tools such as Python, Pyspark, BigQuery is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced agile development environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Support local businesses to adopt and implement the services & solutions offered by our company with the aim to better connect with their customers;
  • Identify potential merchants from diverse range of industries/categories related to lifestyle for business development opportunities;
  • Expand BonusLink ecosystem by acquiring new merchants through cold calling via walk-ins or phone call and attending to inbound leads;

4. Data Engineer, Senior Executive
Position Title : Data Engineer, Senior Executive
 

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop and maintain data warehouse system to support multiple line-of-business (LOB)s.
  • Design and implement scripts, ETL jobs and data models.
  • Provide data quality and volume metric measurement across organization data.
  • Implement best practices to data change management, documentation, and data protocols.
  • Growing the capabilities of the data platforms, solving new data problems and challenges.
  • Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.
  • Work with the Data Services team to assist with data-related technical issues and support data infrastructure needs when it arises.
  • Support and implement initiatives for continual engineering improvements.
 
Requirements:

  • At least 3-4 years of experience developing Data warehouse and Business Intelligence solutions.
  • Hands-on experience in Microsoft SSIS and MS-SQL specifically on designing and implementing ETL packages.
  • Strong practical experience in data warehousing, data modelling/architecture and SQL.
  • Knowledge of cloud data engineering tools such as Python, Pyspark, Airflow, BigQuery etc.
  • Database administration methodologies and techniques.
  • Experience with performance tuning & query optimization of data warehouse systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced agile development environment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems.

5. Key Account Manager
Position Title :  Key Account Manager


Responsibilities:
 
Partnership Development & Management

  • Manage and develop strong business partnerships with the partners whilst defining overall KPIs for the accounts;
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements;
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives;
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales with new partners with the aim of creating long-lasting partnerships.
 
Key Account Management

  • Manage all negotiations with both new and existing partners; which includes reviewing the existing contracts;
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner;
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams and work alongside with cross functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of branded campaigns and growth strategies;
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain a trusting relationship;
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using the appropriate key account metrics.

6. Marketing Administration, Executive
Position Title: Marketing Administration, Executive 

Responsibilities:
 
  • Oversee and execute email, website, app, and SMS campaigns through Netcore and Back Office system to ensure seamless operation;
  • Work closely with printing vendors to produce marketing collaterals such as tent cards, buntings and posters;
  • Conduct price comparisons and liase with vendors based on proposed negotiated terms by management;
  • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across multiple channels;
  • Generate comprehensive reports on the performance of marketing campaigns and offer valuable insights for optimization purposes;
  • Handle administrative tasks such as raising purchase order, following up with invoices, and getting approval from higher management.
 
Requirements:
 
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field is an added advantage;
  • 1-2 years experience in backend marketing operations;
  • Has an interest in marketing operations;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively;

7. Member Interaction Consultant
Position Title : Member Interaction Consultant
 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide first level of customer service support;
  • Attend to customers’ enquiries, request and complaints pertaining to the products & services via omnichannel (telephone, email, WhatsApp etc.) promptly
  • Provide an accurate, efficient and good quality service that leads to high customer satisfaction;
  • Perform and complete any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior to gain exposure and learn additional skills;
  • Liaise with other departments to resolve customers’ complaints and issues in ensuring service recovery is effective;
  • Capture each customer’s interaction and enter the relevant customer’s data and other relevant information into the system database as required.
 
Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM - one year of service industry background is preferably in Customer Services;
  • Good command of English and Malay, ability to converse in Chinese language will be an added advantage;

8. Partner Management, Executive
Position Title : Partner Management, Executive


Responsibilities:
  • Be the key point of contact for all partners and merchants;
  • Create a positive experience by building a healthy and friendly relationship with all Partners and Merchants by providing quality, value-added services, and solutions in a timely manner;
  • Troubleshoot any Merchant or Partner issues that are escalated such as payment, product, member issues etc. by liaising with various internal teams;
  • Ensure all BAU or new reporting and/or manual point fulfilments for partners are strategically prepared and completed according to the agreed service level agreement (SLA) between both parties;
  • To compute basic to mid-level merchant payment reports when disputes arise or manual tracking is required using excel;
  • To process orders for Shell Premium Items and BonusLink Instant Card by liaising with Shell retailers or key accounts;
  • Any other ad hoc duties that are deemed fit by the reporting Manager.
 
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written) in English, basic proficiency in Malay is a must. Basic proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese is a bonus but not necessary;
  • Demonstrate strong ownership & willingness to take accountability for the outcome of one’s work output;

9. Partner Onboarding, Executive

Position Title : Partner Onboarding, Executive


Responsibilities:
  • Create a positive experience by building a healthy and friendly relationship with all Partners and Merchants by providing quality, value-added services and solutions in a timely manner;
  • Maintain accurate partner offer details and other information on the platform; 
  • Vet and create product contracts and listings across different products (Vouchers, Blink IT, Points Issuance/Exchange etc) & ensure that the content that describes the listings are in accordance with its standard regulation, format and guidelines before they are activated;
  • Ensure all images produced meet the quality and style standards on top of meeting company’s standard of engagement, simplicity and accuracy;
  • Prepare and deliver POSM materials according to the requirements of the merchants; 
  • Educate partners on the overall partnership with Bonuslink (user and merchant journey) and functions of merchant portal; 
  • Maintain inventory of POSM materials and ensure that it reflects the latest Unique Selling Point/message that we want to display; 
  • Any other ad hoc duties that are deemed fit by the reporting Manager.

10. Project - Product Manager
Position Title:  Project - Product Manager (Commercial)

 
Responsibilities:
 
Project Management
  • Work with Brand and Marketing team to manage product launches.
  • Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed.
  • Ensure all tasks, deliverables, and project materials are delivered promptly.
  • Manage all resources necessary for project execution.
  • Foster effective communication with stakeholders concerning project status.
  • Foresee and strategically eliminate blockers and potential risks.
  • Ensure top-quality results and success for a project.
 
Internal Product Management
  • Define specifications and business requirements for internal products/platforms which include but not limited to HelloSign, Monday.com, Zandesk, Back-Office, Google Analytics, Branch, Payment Gateway, Financial Core Engine for Digital Banking etc.
  • Work cross-functionally to understand the pain areas and needs, identify opportunities to address pain points and translate them into product requirements
  • Manage the internal product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements
  • Oversee all stages of internal product creation including design & development
  • Develope user stories, create wireframes, partner with UI/UX designers to develop great designs and user experience.
  • Closely work with technology team and other stakeholders to communicate the requirements and develop features.
  • Perform quality assurance; make sure the newly developed solutions are working as per the acceptance criteria.
  • Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve, discover issues and deliver the highest value to the users.
 
 
Requirements:
 
  • 7+ years of experience with strong project and product management skills.
  • Proven experience in delivering finely-tuned product launches and marketing strategies that exceed business objectives.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Highly effective cross-functional team & stakeholder management.
  • Scrum or Agile experience
  • Experience in Loyalty/ Marketing/ Banking/ Fintech is an added advantage.
