Full Time Positions

1. Brand & Marketing, Executive
Position Title : Brand & Marketing, Executive
 
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the backend processes setup for the company’s owned media including websites, social media, mobile app, and email/CRM software;
  • Produce creative ideas for content marketing with the team;
  • Promote BonusLink mobile app and increase user base via social media or digital acquisition channels with guidance from the senior executive;
  • Manage accounts on Android, IOS and any third-party app stores (wherever applicable) with an emphasis on user comments;
  • Collaborate & work with external agencies for Marketing initiatives; 
  • Collaborate & work with different internal teams in guiding the marketing efforts and solve any product issues that arisen;
  • Any other ad-hoc duties that is deem fit by the reporting Manager.
 
Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written) in English, basic proficiency in Malay;
  • Independent & motivated self-starter;
  • Team player with the ability to work with multiple teams, both internally & externally;
  • Excellent reasoning & problem-solving skills;
  • Resourceful & creative with getting things done under constraints;
  • Experience in communications (e.g. marketing, advertising, digital media) preferred, but not a requirement;
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internship/ degree background are strongly encouraged to apply;
  • Minimum qualification of a Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

2. Data Services, Executive
Position Title : Data Services, Executive

Responsibilities:
  • Support campaign data management & campaign initiatives (extraction, implementation & fulfillment) from a data perspective.
  • Collaborate with Brand & Marketing team to identify opportunities and streamline campaign executions.
  • Perform post implementation analysis and provide recommendations to enhance campaign performance if any.
  • Consolidate and consume information from in-house marketing platform, social media, and external market information for analytic purposes.
  • Assist in developing dashboard to track and measure channels and campaign effectiveness against key performance indicators (KPI).
  • Support business analysis and reporting needs for business as of when needed.
 
Requirements:
  • Knowledge in SQL is a must, exposure to Google Cloud Platform (Big Query) is preferable.
  • Strong communication skills and are up to managing multiple stakeholders as part of the job.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills when navigating uncertainties and/ or complex situations.
  • Able to work independently with a proactive & go-getter attitude.

3. People & Culture, Associate
Position Title : People & Culture, Executive
 
Responsibilities:
  • Support People & Culture Business Partners in managing HR administrative matters.
  • Collaborate and work with internal stakeholders to drive initiatives on improving the employee experience, such as coordinating employee engagement & culture-building events.
  • Be part of the process of handling end to end employee's journeys, which includes recruitment process of new hires, onboarding new joiners, & offboard leavers etc.   
  • Create and curate communications strategy (newsletters, emails etc.) together with the Director of People & Culture to drive employee experience. 
  • Work with the Director of People & Culture to drive HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) practices across the organisation.
  • Any other HR-related responsibilities that is required by the Director, People & Culture.

 
Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written) in English, basic proficiency in Malay;

  • Team player with the desire & ability to work with multiple teams, both internally & externally;
  • Excellent reasoning & problem-solving skills;
