1. Business Development, Executive
Position Title:  Business Development, Executive
 
Responsibilities:
  • Support local businesses to adopt and implement the services & solutions offered by our company with the aim to better connect with their customers;
  • Identify potential merchants from diverse range of industries/categories related to lifestyle for business development opportunities;
  • Expand BonusLink ecosystem by acquiring new merchants through cold calling via walk-ins or phone call and attending to inbound leads;
  • Manage and maximize potential of existing merchants through the entire sales cycle by suggesting additional product solutions that may be of interest to merchants;
  • Handle day-to-day merchant queries to ensure smooth post-onboarding process and delivery great merchant experience;
  • Negotiating with merchants to secure the most attractive prices;
  • Stay updated with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
 
Requirements:

  • A fast and independent learner with a good understanding of merchant solutions;
  • Ability to articulate BonusLink's strategy to both our partners and customers while constantly seeking out the best deal that works for both parties;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels;
  • A highly motivated and goal-driven individual with an appetite for success;
  • Experience in Payment Service environment & third-party acquiring will be an added advantage;

2. Data Services, Senior Data Engineer
Position Title : Data Services, Senior Data Engineer
 

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop and maintain data warehouse system to support multiple line-of-business (LOB)s.
  • Design and implement scripts, ETL jobs and data models.
  • Provide data quality and volume metric measurement across organization data.
  • Implement best practices to data change management, documentation, and data protocols.
  • Growing the capabilities of the data platforms, solving new data problems and challenges.
  • Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.
  • Work with the Data Services team to assist with data-related technical issues and support data infrastructure needs when it arises.
  • Support and implement initiatives for continual engineering improvements.
 
Requirements:

  • At least 3-4 years of experience developing Data warehouse and Business Intelligence solutions.
  • Hands-on experience in Microsoft SSIS and MS-SQL specifically on designing and implementing ETL packages.
  • Strong practical experience in data warehousing, data modelling/architecture and SQL.
  • Knowledge of cloud data engineering tools such as Python, Pyspark, Airflow, BigQuery etc.
  • Database administration methodologies and techniques.
  • Experience with performance tuning & query optimization of data warehouse systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced agile development environment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills when navigating uncertainties and/ or complex situations.
  • Able to work independently with a proactive attitude.

3. IT (Digital Platform), Senior Executive
Position Title:  IT (Digital Platform), Senior Executive

 
Responsibilities:
  • Lead requirements gathering and translate internal user requests needs related to technology, processes and/or workflows into clear and unambiguous functional specifications
  • Work closely with external teams in the areas of analysis, prototyping, requirement specification, implementation, coding, and testing
  • Adhere to processes to ensure project delivered successfully based on governance and compliance
  • Be responsible for preparing and updating various technical documentations
  • To ensure all source codes are optimized, written, and documented in compliance to company’s standards
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations of the existing web applications such as maintenance, administration, support and troubleshooting
 
Requirements:

  • Possess at least a degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline
  • At least 5 years of working experience in software development
  • Possess good IT analytical skills and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of Internet and e-commerce technologies 
  • Deep understanding of complete Project Management Life Cycle

4. Legal & Compliance, Associate
Position Title: Legal & Compliance, Associate
 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal advice and support on all legal-related issues to various departments of the company.
  • Review and draft agreements, letters, terms, and conditions for our internal business stakeholders.
  • Ensure the company is in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, other regulatory directions, and company’s internal policies at all times. E.g. Review & update internal compliance policies on a timely basis by keeping up with current changes on all relevant areas of laws
  • Collaborate and coordinate with internal stakeholders & external lawyers on various initiatives, which includes managing tight timelines.
  • Assist in implementing compliance trainings.
  • Being involved in compliance monitoring and audit processes.
  • Work closely with and support reporting manager on all other assigned tasks and initiatives.
 
Requirements:

  • LLB (Bachelor of Laws) from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 1 – 2 years of working experience in Legal or Compliance related roles.
  • Good knowledge of Malaysian laws and regulations (including company, contract laws, regulations governing technology, e-commerce and etc.).
  • Good command of written and spoken English with strong communication skills is a must.
  • Possess the analytical ability to research and solve complex legal/ compliance issues with strong attention to details.
  • Proactive with a self-starter attitude that enables one to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity and basic knowledge of compliance related laws (i.e. PDPA, MACC and other relevant laws) will be a strong plus point.
  • Past working experience in relevant industries (i.e. fintech or e-commerce) is ideal but not a must.

5. Member Interaction Consultant
Position Title : Member Interaction Consultant
 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide first level of customer service support;
  • Attend to customers’ enquiries, request and complaints pertaining to the products & services via omnichannel (telephone, email, WhatsApp etc.) promptly
  • Provide an accurate, efficient and good quality service that leads to high customer satisfaction;
  • Perform and complete any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior to gain exposure and learn additional skills;
  • Liaise with other departments to resolve customers’ complaints and issues in ensuring service recovery is effective;
  • Capture each customer’s interaction and enter the relevant customer’s data and other relevant information into the system database as required.
 
Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM - one year of service industry background is preferably in Customer Services;
  • Good command of English and Malay, ability to converse in Chinese language will be an added advantage;
  • Well-mannered with pleasant disposition, ability to view things positively and objectively;
  • Excellent reasoning & problem-solving skills;
  • Independent & motivated self-starter;
  • Team player with the ability to work with multiple teams, both internally & externally;
