Full Time Positions

1. Junior Product Manager
Position Title :  Junior Product Manager
Closing Date  : 31 December 2021
 

Main Responsibilities:
  • Define product vision, strategy, positioning and road map;
  • Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company;
  • Devise go-to-market plans which include new acquisitions and retention of existing members;
  • Analyse consumer needs and current market trends to provide insights for product improvement & formulation;
  • Analyse product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure successful achievement;
  • Spot opportunities for the company to differentiate itself from others via products;
  • Recommends or contributes insights in setting product pricing with an awareness of the competitor landscape;
  • Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments.
 
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
  • Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including but not limited to product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch;
  • Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI;
  • Collaborate closely with business, technology, marketing, and sales teams on the development, quality assurance, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization;
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates BonusLink and its features across primary market segments.
 
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the related fields;
  • Bachelor degree in Business/ Engineering / Marketing or in the related fields;
  • Proven experience & background in a dynamic product management role;
  • Experienced/ exposure of the end-to-end product development lifecycle with understanding of the product technical requirements;
  • Proven experience in delivering finely-tuned product launches and marketing strategies that exceed business objectives;
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills;
  • Good stakeholder engagement & management skills;
  • Demonstrable knowledge in SEM and online advertising;
  • Past experience in the Loyalty/ Marketing/ Banking/ Fin-tech is an added advantage.

2. Key Account Manager
Position Title :  Key Account Manager
Closing Date  :  30/11/2021


Responsibilities:
 
Partnership Development & Management

  • Manage and develop strong business partnerships with the partners whilst defining overall KPIs for the accounts;
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements;
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives;
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales with new partners with the aim of creating long-lasting partnerships.
 
Key Account Management

  • Manage all negotiations with both new and existing partners; which includes reviewing the existing contracts;
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner;
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams and work alongside with cross functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of branded campaigns and growth strategies;
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain a trusting relationship;
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using the appropriate key account metrics.
 
Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of proven experiences as a Key Account Manager;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels;
  • Strong ability in problem-solving and negotiation;
  • Ability to articulate BonusLink's business strategy and constantly seek for a win-win solution that works for both parties;
  • Proactive and independent learner with a good understanding of merchant solutions;
  • Highly motivated and goal-driven with an ambitious appetite for success;
  • Excellent organizational skills with great attention to details.
