Modifications of the m-Services Policy |

BLSB reserves the right to change the m-Services Policy at any time without prior notice. The changes in the m-Services Policy will however be reflected in the m-Services Policy segment of our web site. It is the responsibility of the Member to review the m-Services Policy regularly as they utilize the Service as continued use of the Service subsequent to any changes in the m-Services Policy shall constitute acceptance and consent of such changes.

The "Service" will allow Members to: |

Set PIN - Members shall be able to create their PIN easily by using their mobile phone. With a PIN, Primary Members can check Points and redeem gifts using all redemption channels which includes SMS, web, On-The-Spot and over the Self-Service Phone System. |

Change PIN - Primary Member shall have the flexibility of changing their PIN anywhere and at anytime. |

Check Points Balance - Primary and Supplementary Members shall be able to check their Point balance easily. |
| 4. |
Gift Redemption - Redeeming gifts through the mobile phone is another innovative offering to make life easier for Members (applicable to Primary Members & for non-ExpressWay gifts only). |

Gift Tracking - Primary Members shall be able to check the delivery status of a redeemed gift. |

Help - Highlights all the short-codes to assist Members with the Service offered through SMS. |
| 7. |
Download mobile phone ring tones - Members shall be able to personalize their mobile phone by downloading favourite ring tones from our list of the latest popular tunes. Ringing tones information can be accessed via our website. |

Download graphics - Members shall be able to download graphics/logos from BLSB's and/or it's partners' comprehensive database. These logos and graphics information can be accessed via the BLSB website. |

BLSB reserves the right to annul or alter any element of the Service at any time without prior notice. Such alterations are not limited to the availability of the Service, their mechanics or pricing structure. Unless explicitly stated, any such alteration will be subject to the m-Services Policy as stated herein. Any alteration in the Service offerings and the corresponding m-Services Policy will be reflected in the m-Services Policy segment of the m-Services Policy website. It is the responsibility of the Member to review the m-Services Policy regularly as continued use of the modified/additional services will constitute the Member's acceptance and consent to the relevant m-Services Policy. |

Costs for SMS Request |

Standard operator charges will apply for each request made via SMS, which includes RM0.15 for non-existence content. In addition each response received from BonusLink will be charged RM0.30, including Help request, session timeout messages and any error messages sent by the Member.

| For downloads of ring tones and graphics, there will be an additional charge upon delivery of the same. Please check against the specific download for the price. |

Equipment |
| |
| This Service is open to all Members who are both prepaid and post paid mobile phone users whose service is registered locally . |

| Members shall provide their own mobile phone equipment required to use the Service and Members are liable to pay their telephone operator for all costs incurred in using the Service. |

Members shall provide their own equipment necessary to access the Website, its content and the Service on the website and are liable for payment for telephone call charges at the rates published by their telephone operator with whom the Member makes the calls. |

By using the Service, Members confirm that they understand that the mobile phone used must support the Item download function for the Service to operate. Members shall incur the relevant charged irrespective of the suitability and compatibility of the downloaded Items with the Members' mobile phone type. |

Delivery of the Service |
| |
After receiving Members' requests for any particular service via SMS as described above, BLSB will send a response to the given telephone number. If the Members' data request via SMS is insufficient or incorrect or if BLSB for any other reason considers it necessary, BLSB has the right to decline to send a response without any notice to Member. |

BLSB shall not be liable in any way for failures, defects or delays in the delivery of a response for any reason whatsoever. The Member is responsible for all charges incurred if the Member accidentally erases, replaces or deletes any of the responses by receiving another response or otherwise. |

PIN and Security |
| |
Members shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their PIN and shall be held entirely responsible and liable for any and all activities that occur under the Members' BonusLink account. Nevertheless, BLSB shall use its best endeavors to block any continued unauthorized use of the Member's PIN upon an official notification from the Member of any breach of security. |

Termination |

BLSB retains the right to terminate the Service in whole or in part, at any time, temporarily or permanently, in case of force majeure, bankruptcy, liquidation, or any other event deemed reasonable by BLSB at its absolute discretion. |

Member shall indemnify and hold BLSB, its shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, staff and any authorized representatives harmless from any claims, demands, costs, expenses and damages, including reasonable solicitors' fees on a full indemnity basis, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of Members request and/or use of the Service. |

Disclaimers/Limitation of Liability |

BLSB does not represent or warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Services or the server that makes it available, are free of viruses or other harmful components. |

BLSB is not responsible or liable for the deletion or failure to store messages or other information. |

| BLSB and/or its respective suppliers and affiliates make no representations about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness and accuracy of the Service for any purpose. The Services is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. |

If Members are dissatisfied with any portion of the Service, or with any of portion of the SMS Policy, Members agree that their sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Service and its related websites. |

Technology and content provided by BLSB and downloaded by the Members from this website, via SMS are protected by Malaysian and international law and conventions for the protection of Industrial and Intellectual Property Rights. Members acknowledge that any content, including but not limited to text, software, music, sound, photographs, video, graphics or other material contained in either sponsor advertisements or electronically distributed, commercially produced information presented by BLSB, our affiliates or content providers or advertisers are protected by applicable law under their relevant jurisdictions. Members may not, without expressed written permission from such affiliates, content providers or advertisers - copy, alter, modify, dissemble, reverse engineer, decompile or to publicly display the websites or any of the material contained on these sites, in whole or in parts. Members also may not mirror the websites on the Members' home page in any manner whatsoever. Members use of the websites and the relevant services via this website or SMS do not create a license or any other rights in BLSB's trademarks, services, copyrights, patents, or any other intellectual property or proprietary rights. |

General Clause |

Unless otherwise stated herein, the laws of Malaysia govern the provision of the Service and this m-Services Policy. In case of a dispute, Members agree to submit themselves to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts. |

BLSB's performance of the Service is subject to existing laws and legal processes, and nothing contained in this m-Services Policy is in derogation of BLSB's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to the Members' use of the Service. |
