Q: Can I cancel the redemption or exchange for another Gift after redemption is made?
A: Sorry, redemption once accepted, cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned.
 
Q: How long is the validity of the vouchers?
A: Generally, all vouchers are valid for 3 months from the issuance date unless otherwise stated. However, validity of vouchers redeemed at On-The-Spot Redemption outlet is subject to the Terms and Conditions set by the individual outlet.
 
Q: Is the voucher transferable?
A: No, the voucher is not transferable. However, the Primary Member can request the voucher to be on someone else's name provided an official request (written) is made before the redemption is processed. Please send in the redemption form attached with name and IC numbers of the 3rd party.
 
Q: Can I use the voucher during promotional period?
A: Use of vouchers is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the suppliers. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions stated at the back of the voucher for more details.
 
Q: How far in advance do I need to book hotel stay?
A: Members are required to make their own room reservations with the respective hotel subject to availability of rooms. Please contact the hotel directly to make the necessary arrangement and to enquire on room availability.
