Q: Can you tell me what BonusLink is all about?
A: BonusLink is Malaysia's premier multi-partner consumer rewards programme. Since it was launched in 1998, BonusLink has become synonymous with smart shopping, great privileges and fantastic branded gifts.
 
Q: How does BonusLink work?
A:
1. By presenting the BonusLink Card before a transaction is recorded. Points will be recorded automatically once the BonusLink Card is swiped.
2. If it is a subscription-type service e.g. Astro or MBF Cards, Member's BonusLink Card must be linked to the services subscribed. Onus is on the Member to ensure that the Partners' records are updated with their IC number and the BonusLink Card Number. Points will be automatically recorded when the terms of payment are fulfilled.
 
Q: How much does it cost to sign up for a Membership? How do I join?
A:
 
Q: Do I need to sign up with every BonusLink Partner?
A: No. You need to only sign up once with BonusLink and you can swipe your BonusLink Card at all our Partners' outlets.
 
Q: How do I know how many BonusLink Points I have collected?
A:
There are a few methods for you to keep track of your Points transactions:
Self-Service Phone System at 03-7626 1000
m-services (SMS). Key in Chkpts <space> the last 8 digits of your BonusLink Card Number and send to 33088. E.g.: chkpts 12345678
Click Check Points and key in your BonusLink Card Number
 
* Register your e-mail address with us, and you will receive your Points Summary via e-mail.
 
Q: Is there a qualifying period?
A: No. As soon as you have a BonusLink Card, you can begin collecting Points. Purchases made prior to receiving the Card, generally, do not contribute Points.
 
Q: Can I still collect BonusLink Points if I left my Card at home?
A: No, your BonusLink Card must be presented during purchase.
 
Q: The BonusLink Card looks like a credit card - is it a credit card?
A: No, your BonusLink Card is not a credit card, a debit card, a charge card or a discount card. By swiping your Card, our Partners simply record your purchase so your BonusLink Points can be allocated.
 
Q: What happens if I lose my BonusLink Card?
A: You can request for a replacement card using the following channels:

You will receive your Card in 2 - 3 weeks from the process date.
 
Q: How do I apply for a Supplementary BonusLink Card for another member of my family?
A: You can apply for a Supplementary Card using the following methods:

Fax to 03-7662 7996
Please note that the Primary Member of each Household Account can apply for up to 3 Supplementary Cards only. You need to provide us with the names and IC numbers of the new members in order to apply.
