What is the Mad Mad Deals ? |

Mad Mad Deals is a redemption promotion where Members can convert their BonusLink Points to Tokens and use them to purchase selected Gifts at unbelievably low prices. |

How can I get the Tokens? |
| A: |
You can redeem 1 Token for 550 Points. Each Token entitles you to RM5 cash rebate for your redemption.

How can I qualify to participate in Mad Mad Deals? |

It is open to all Primary BonusLink Members who has a minimum of 550 Points in their Account. |

I only have 300 Points. Can I pay more in cash than the required to redeem a Mad Mad Deals item? |

No. You must have a minimum 550 Points in order to redeem the minimum of 1 Token. |

Can I redeem Mad Mad Deals items with Tokens only? |
| A: |
Yes. You may redeem Mad Mad Deals items with Tokens only. However, if the amount of Points/Tokens used exceeds the value of the item, BonusLink will not refund the balance. Eg: Item cost RM254. Tokens required 51, (equivalent to RM255). Balance of RM1 will not be refunded. |

Sorry, no. You must redeem at least 1 Token, which is equivalent to RM5 cash rebate. You can pay the balance in cash. |

Can I cancel my redemption request after it has been confirmed? |

Redemption orders once accepted by BLSB cannot be revoked, cancelled, returned or exchanged, and the affected Points will not be reinstated. |

There is no limitation for the cash portion of the payment. |

Your redemption will be cancelled and the Points will be reinstated to your Account. |

Can I choose to pay via instalment? |

Yes. You can opt to pay via 6 months 0% interest installment through MBF or Public Bank Credit Card if your payment is more than RM1000. However, you will need to contact our Member Services Consultant at 03-7626 1000 for redemption. |

Is there anything I need to sign on if I opt for the installment payment? |

Yes, we will fax you an authorization form, which is a requirement of the credit card centre. Once you have faxed the form to us, we will process the redemption for you. |
