Q: What is the Mad Mad Deals ?
A: Mad Mad Deals is where Members can convert their BonusLink Points to Tokens and use them to purchase selected gifts at unbelievably low prices.
 
Q: How can I get the Tokens?
A: You can redeem 1 Token for 550 Points. Each Token entitles you to RM5 cash rebate for your redemption.
(1 Token = 550 Points = RM5 rebate)
 
Q: How can I qualify to participate in Mad Mad Deals?
A: It is open to all Primary BonusLink Members who has a minimum of 550 Points in their Account.
 
Q: I am a Supplementary member. Can I participate in Mad Mad Deals?
A: No, at BonusLink, only the Primary Member is allowed to redeem.
 
Q: Is there any limit to the amount of Tokens that I can redeem?
A: Generally, there is no limit as long as you have sufficient Points in your Account.
 
Q: I am not a BonusLink member. Can I participate in Mad Mad Deals?
A: Sorry, Mad Mad Deals is exclusively for BonusLink Members only. However, you may apply to be a member through the following channels:

  b.     Email to MemberServices@bonuslink.com.my
  c.     Self Service Phone System at 03-7626 1000

Q: I only have 300 Points. Can I pay more in cash than the required to redeem a Mad Mad Deals item?
A: No. You must have a minimum 550 Points in order to redeem the minimum of 1 Token.
 
Q: Can I redeem Mad Mad Deals items with Tokens only?
A: Yes. You may redeem Mad Mad Deals items with Tokens only. However, if the amount of Points/Tokens used exceeds the value of the item, BonusLink will not refund this amount Eg: Item cost RM 254. Tokens required 51, equivalent to RM255. Balance of RM1 will not be refunded.
 
Q: Can I purchase Mad Mad Deals items with cash only?
A: Sorry, No. You must redeem at least 1 Token which is equivalent to RM5 cash rebate. You can pay the balance in cash.
 
Q: Is there a limit to the quantity of Mad Mad Deals item that I can redeem?
A: It is limit to 1 unit per item.
 
Q: Can I cancel my redemption request after it has been confirmed?
A: Redemption orders once accepted by BLSB cannot be revoked, cancelled, returned or exchanged, and the affected Points will not be reinstated.
 
Q: Will the Mad Mad Deal items be available throughout the year?
A: These items will be available during the promotion period only. We may feature an item again depending on the availability.

Q: How should I pay for Mad Mad Deals redemption?
A: You can pay via Maybank Savings Account / Maybank Current Account / any VISA or Master Card (issued in Malaysia) through Maybank2u.com.
 
Q: I am not a Maybank2u.com user. How should I pay for my redemption?
A: Please register via www.Maybank2u.com. where you can use credit card registered under your name issued by any Bank for your redemption
 
Q: I don’t have a credit card registered under my name. Can I choose to pay via cheque / PO / MO / Bank Drafts?
A: Sorry, No.
 
Q: I don’t have any credit cards. Can I pay with a credit card that belongs to a 3rd party?
A: Yes. Please send in Authorization Letter and Instalment Plan Authorization Form (if pay via instalment) from the 3rd party credit card holder
 
Q: What is the minimum or maximum amount required for payment?
A: There is no limitation for the cash portion of the payment.
 
Q: Will I be notified once my payment has gone through?
A: Yes. You will be notified provided you have registered an email address in our record.
 
Q: What will happen to my Mad Mad Deals redemption if I fail to pay by the end of the calendar day?
A: Your redemption will be cancelled and the Points will be reinstated to your Account.
 
Q: Can I choose to pay via instalment?
A: Yes. You can opt to pay via 6 months 0% interest instalment through MBF or Public Bank credit card if your payment is more than RM1000. However, you will need to contact our Member Services Consultant at 03-7626 1000 for redemption.
 
Q: Is there anything I need to sign on if I opt for the installment payment?
A: Yes, we will fax you an authorization form which is a requirement of the credit card centre. Once you have faxed the form back to us, we will process the redemption for you.
 
Q: Can I choose to pay via installment for more/less than 6 months?
