Step 5 :

Step 7 :
A congratulation message will be sent to the user if all the SETPIN steps were
done correctly

Users will receive further instructions on how to change their PIN

Step 5 :
Key in the <new 6 digit numeric PIN>
Step 6 :

Step 7 :
A reconfirm PIN message will be sent to the user requesting them to resubmit the new PIN to reconfirm

Step 8:
Select "Reply" from the options available
Step 9:
Key in the <new 6 digit numeric PIN>

A Change PIN successful message will be displayed

Gift Redemption [REDEEM]
 
Step 1 :

Users who have available Points will receive the message above. These users can proceed to place an order
 
Step 4 :
To place an order, select "Reply" from the options available
Step 5 :
Key in the <9 digit product code><quantity>
Step 6 :
Send to 33088
 
Step 7 :
A reconfirm order message will be sent to the user. Users will be required to send <YES with their contact number> to confirm or <NO> to decline the order
Step 8:
Select "Reply" from the options available
Step 9:
Key in <YES><contact number>
 
Step 10:
Send to 33088
Step11:
Users who answered "YES" will receive the message above

Users who have items which are being processed, the status is Pending Delivery.
For items which have been shipped. For items which have been cancelled, the
