| Companies can now issue BonusLink Points to their trade customers (dealers, wholesalers, distributors, retailers, agents, resellers, etc.). Today in the Programme, we have traditional retailers collecting Points from FMCGs and clinics collecting Points from laboratories. |

| Mechanics |
| |
| Your trade customers will be required to nominate an individual in their company/organization to establish and operate the BonusLink Account. This Nominee will be recognized as the BonusLink Member in this arrangement. As such, this Nominee may exercise all rights related to the Account and take charge of all accumulated Points on their company's behalf. |

The Nominee can either establish a new BonusLink Account to collect Points for their business spending or use the his/her own personal BonusLink Account to combine Points collected for both business and personal spending. The Nominee is the only person that can redeem gift items from BonusLink. |

| The financial requirements to join as a Partner are as follows: |

Sign a 3-year contract |
|
Pay a one-time joining fee |
|
Pay a marketing fee for every Point issued |
|
Commit to a minimum Points volume purchase per annum |
