- Embark/disembark location: Admiral Marina & Leisure Club or Lexis Hibiscus Jetty, Port Dickson. (Actual embark/disembark location will be provided upon confirmation of booking).
- Voucher is applicable only on Saturday.
- Bookings have to be made 2 days in advance. Contact Platinum Charters Sdn Bhd at 012 900 8200 or email info@platinumcharters.com.my for bookings.
- Re-scheduling must be made at least 48 hours prior to original booking. Last minute cancellation or change of date will not be refundable.
- Departure time: 5pm. Please assemble at designated departure area by 4.30pm.
- Original BonusLink voucher must be presented upon registration to collect your cruise ticket before boarding the boat.
- Duration: 3 hours.
- Route: Admiral Marina - Teluk Kemang - Admiral Marina.
- Route: Lexis Hibiscus - Tanjung Tuan - Lexis Hibiscus.
- Meals on Board: If you have food restrictions or on a special diet, it must be ordered with Platinum Charters 72 hours before sailing time. Whilst Platinum Charters try to accommodate most notified special dietary requirements, this is not always possible.
- Free-flow of orange juice and water is available during dinner. Other beverages can be purchased on board.
- If a Service is delayed or cancelled due to an Event Outside Platinum Charters Control (bad weather or technical problems), Platinum Charters will endeavour to re-schedule the Service to a different day at no extra cost. This decision will be at Platinum Charters sole discretion.
- All passengers must pay attention to and comply with all regulations and notices relating to the safety and security of the boat, crew, passengers and the boarding facilities.
- All tickets are not for re-sale and will become void on any transfer for value.
- Voucher is only valid for 3 months from the redemption date and not valid after the expiry date stated on the voucher.
