Insurance and transportation to Slim River is not included.
All participants must sign an indemnity form.
Parental or guardian consent required for participants aged 5 - 18 years. Indemnity form shall be signed by the parents/guardian.

Re-scheduling must be made at least 3 days prior to original booking. Last minute cancellation or change of date will not be refundable.
