Each Cash eVoucher code can only be used once to offset the Firefly booking, inclusive of base fare, admin fee, fuel surcharge, airport tax, seat selection and GST.

This Cash eVoucher can only be utilized for Firefly booking via www.fireflyz.com.my. This eVoucher cannot be utilized at the airport ticket counters, call centre, travel agent or via the mobile app.

Multiple Cash eVoucher codes can be used for a single Firefly booking.

Any outstanding balance must be paid to Firefly by either credit/debit card or direct debit.

Should the value of the Cash eVoucher exceed the cost of the flight, Firefly will not repay the difference in cash or kind to the passenger.

The eVoucher will be emailed within 10 minutes to the email address provided during redemption. Please contact BonusLink at 03-76261000 if you do not receive the eVoucher.

Once redeemed, the redemption and eVoucher cannot be cancelled, exchanged, sold for cash, refunded and/or replaced.

At any time after a booking has been made Firefly may cancel, terminate, divert, postpone, reschedule or delay any flight where Firefly reasonably considers to be justified by circumstances beyond their control or for reasons of safety or commercial reasons. In such event, Firefly will refund the cash value of the voucher and ticket purchase amount through the passenger’s credit account.
