Can I collect Points for my spending on any of the products at Shell stations?
You will collect Points for Shell fuels, lubricants and Helix Service Packages as explained above.
Why can't I collect BonusLink Points from all Shell service stations?
BonusLink Points are only available from Shell service stations equipped with computer systems that process BonusLink transactions electronically.
Do I collect Points when I pay my utility bills at Shell?
No. Shell only awards Points for all purchases of fuels, lubricants and Helix Service Packages made at Shell Retail outlets nationwide.
Do I get Points from using Shell Card?
No. Shell Cards are issued to corporate companies and it is not individually owned. The BonusLink Programme is open to individuals only.
Is Shell an On-The-Spot Redemption partner?
Yes, there are over 500 Shell On-The-Spot Redemption outlets. Look out for variety of gifts displayed at participating outlets that you can redeem from as low as 300 Points.
Can I get 2 sets of Points if I swipe both MBF Card and the BonusLink Card?
You will only collect 1 set of Points for petrol puchases at Shell stations. In line with the banking industry, all credit card transactions for petrol purchases will not be accorded with reward Points (including BonusLink).
