Q1. How do I redeem Gifts?

You can redeem gifts through the following channels:

  • Online at www.bonuslink.com.my *

  • BonusLink Mobile App *

  • Self-Service Phone System: 03-7626 1000 *

  • On-The-Spot at selected outlets *

  • Fax or mail in your redemption form to 03-7662 7996

  • Mail completed Redemption Form to:

Q2. How do I get my PIN?

Please contact our Member Service Consultants for assistance on your 6-digit PIN number.

Q3. How long does it take for BonusLink to deliver my Gift?

The delivery takes 2 weeks from the redemption date. The Gift will be delivered to you between 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday only.

Q4. How do I keep track of my redemption status?

You can keep track of your redemption status through the following methods:

  • Online at www.bonuslink.com.my *

  • Self-Service Phone System: 03-7626 1000

  • BonusLink Mobile App (BLINK)

Q5. How do I make an online redemption via website?
  • Log in with your Primary BonusLink Card Number and PIN.

  • Browse the Gifts Catalogue on the top of the web page.

  • Add the Gift to your shopping cart.

  • Continue browsing for other Gifts or Check Out your shopping cart and follow the easy steps to complete your redemption.

  • Once the redemption is complete, a Redemption Reference number along with a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you for future reference.

Q6. How do I make redemption On-The-Spot?

Members with a valid PIN can redeem at any On-The-Spot outlets. Member must be present at the outlets during the redemption and bring along their physical or virtual BonusLink Card. Click here for the latest list of On-The-Spot Redemption Partners.

Q7. Can I cancel the redemption or exchange for another Gift after redemption is made?

Sorry, redemption once accepted, cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned.

Q8. How long is the validity of the vouchers?

Generally, all vouchers are valid for 3 months from the issuance date unless otherwise stated. However, the validity of vouchers redeemed at On-The-Spot Redemption outlet is subject to the Terms and Conditions set by the individual Partner.

Q9. Is the voucher transferable?

Only selected vouchers that are offered for redemption via our website are transferable. We would advise you to check on the particular voucher’s Terms and Conditions prior to redemption.

Q10. Can I use the voucher during promotional period?

Use of vouchers is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the suppliers. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions stated on our website or at the back of the voucher for more details.

Q11. Can I exchange my BonusLink Points for cash?

There are several ways to convert your Points to cash

  • You may redeem cash vouchers from selected On-The-Spot Redemption Partners such as Shell and Parkson.

  • You may also use your BonusLink Points to pay your bills at participating AmBank Merchants (F&B only). Click here to view a list of participating Merchants.

Q13. What is FlexiPoints Redemption?

FlexiPoints allows you to redeem anything from our catalogue with just a minimum of 100 BonusLink Points and pay the remaining balance with Cash (Ringgit Malaysia) via Credit Card/Debit/iPay88.

Q14. How do I make payment for FlexiPoints Redemption item?

The payment can be made with the following methods:
