How do I make redemption On-The-Spot?
The Primary Member must be present to make the redemption transaction. He/she must bring along the Primary BonusLink Card, PIN and IC. Visit our website at www.bonuslink.com.my or Our Mobile App for the latest list of On-The-Spot redemption Partners.
Can I cancel the redemption or exchange for another Gift after redemption is made?
Sorry, redemption once accepted, cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned.
How long is the validity of the vouchers?
Generally, all vouchers are valid for 3 months from the issuance date unless otherwise stated. However, validity of vouchers redeemed at On-The-Spot Redemption outlet is subject to the Terms and Conditions set by the individual outlet.
Is the voucher transferable?
Yes, all vouchers redeemed are transferable.
Can I use the voucher during promotional period?
Use of vouchers is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the suppliers. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions stated at the back of the voucher for more details.
Can I exchange my BonusLink Points for cash?
No. Points are not exchangeable for cash. However, you can redeem cash vouchers from selected redemption Partners. For more details, visit www.bonuslink.com.my
Where can I get the latest Gifts Catalogue?
Our main Gifts Catalogue is sent once a year, usually in the first quarter with the 1st Points Summary.
What is ExpressWay?
ExpressWay gives you the option of redeeming selected gifts with Points + Cash (Ringgit Malaysia). This way, you do not have to wait to enjoy your preferred Gifts. And you have an opportunity to redeem many more gifts too.
How do I make payment for an ExpressWay item?
