Gift Supplier

Under the Programme, Members can collect Points for purchases made from a multitude of BonusLink Partners. These Points can then be redeemed for an extensive range of quality Gifts totally free of charge - Members can choose from a choice of premium household appliances to personal stylish accessories or the ultimate holiday experience from a plethora of top brands. BonusLink's range of Gifts is believed to be the most extensive in the industry with over 50 partners supplying BonusLink with merchandise. Each and every Gift item has been chosen with exquisite care to reflect the vibrancy of today's modern living.

The redemption process is made easy and convenient as possible with a multitude of channels online and offline, namely via BonusLink’s website, Member Services Center, self-service telephone system, fax-in, mail-in and ‘On-The-Spot’ at over 700 Shell stations nationwide and other retail outlets namely, Shell, Parkson, Focus Point, Eyefont, Opulence, Solariz, Whoosh, Doses Pharmacy and C L Khoon. Members can now walk in to these outlets to enjoy instant redemptions, which are processed through the internet.

If however, Members do not have sufficient BonusLink Points to make a redemption, under the ExpressWay scheme, they can simply top up with cash to redeem from a selected range of Gift items. Members can pay the balance by cash or with their Visa or Mastercard credit card.

We are continuously expanding our network of Gift suppliers and hope to give more choice to our Members. Currently, over 60,000 Gift items are being redeemed by BonusLink Members on a monthly basis.

Requirements for Participating

Partners (suppliers) would need to fulfill the following requirements in order to participate:

• Possess PC with internet access, dot-matrix printer and bar code scanner, which is required to fully automate/facilitate the fulfillment process.

• Extend attractive discounts to BLSB so that we may attractively price these Gifts at a high perceived value.

• Offer products which are branded, good quality, high functionality, latest in the market and mass appeal.

• Focus on products that our Members aspire for, especially which suggests an element of 'treat'.

• Ensure price and stock availability of products valid for 1 year (if items are featured in the Gift Catalogue).
